- TV Monitor available for use with connection via HDMI located inside credenza.
- No reservations more than 30 days in advance. Limited to 6 hours per month at no charge.
- Indicate purpose of meeting and approximate number of individuals attending
- Conference room to be left in clean condition upon completion of use

For general maintenance services as provided by our in-house engineering staff, please utilize commercial cafe, our on-line service and maintenance request system which can be accessed 24/7. Building standard services include, but are not limited to replacing light bulbs, hot or cold conditions, minor plumbing and electrical.
Some services are billable such as after-hours air conditioning, lock replacements and duplicate keys, in which case we will ask the tenant’s authorized representative to approve the charges prior to scheduling the work.
